Rise festival, Coyolles and pike fishing
We spent our last weekend in France and it was 100% fly fishing ! We were invited at Coyolles for the Rise festival and we had in mind to try new lakes for pike in the same area.

We hit the road again and head north, up to a river known for good trout fishing.
Tying pike flies using lama hairs
Last year at the fly fishing fair of Charleroi, Belgium, I had the chance to meet a lama breeder who had started to commercialise the hairs for fly tying purposes.

In 2015 we went in Denmark at the Denmark Fishing & Outdoor Lodge to fish for sea trout.

Our yearly pilgrimage in the polders
One more time, like every year since 3 years now, we visit the polders in The Netherlands. It has become our usual trip of the end of the year, so far, because we have been really tempted by an other pike destination this time… next year maybe !

Red hot sun. Summer is really making itās name as we leave Dusseldorf airport for a 3 and a half hour flight – final destination: Reykjavik.
