Tying a popper fly
Catching a fish on a popper is great fun and everyone should try it once.
But before you can fish a popper you need to tie or buy your poppers.
Here is a simple and efficient pattern.

Fly Fair Holland 2016
At the end of May we visited the Fly Fair in Holland.
This year it was being held at a brand new location, namely the trout fishery Berenkuil in Putten.
Payback time with Irish Pikes !
Last year we went to Castle Hamilton (see our video bellow), to check out if pike fishing in Ireland is as good as they say.
We went, we saw, and we had some serious fun.
