I created this shrimp fly for sightfishing rivers but it’s also very effective on lakes.

It is not so hard to tie and I am sure that you will catch fish with this fly !

Materials

Hook caddis type hook size 16 -18
Thread unithread 8/0 olive
Weight lead wire 0,30 mm
Ribbing unithread 8/0 black
Underbody unithread 8/0 olive
Body brown hen
Back cover body stretch olive yellow, coverd by UV epoxy

Step by step

1. Cover the shank with 10 turns of 0,30 mm lead wire
